Mark has mediated hundreds of cases involving employment disputes, labor relations, and civil rights. In addition to private litigated cases, Mark serves on the mediation panels for the American Arbitration Association, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. He is also listed on the mediation panel for all federal district courts in Tennessee as well as the Tennessee Supreme Court and the Kentucky Court of Justice. In the federal sector, Mark works under contract with several federal agencies to provide mediation services within the federal government.
Mark is an active arbitrator in the field of employment disputes and labor relations. He serves on the labor arbitration panels for the American Arbitration Association, the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, and the National Mediation Board. Additionally, Mark serves on several permanent arbitration panels under individual collective bargaining agreements in the public and private sectors. For employment disputes, Mark serves on the panels for the American Arbitration Association, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Resolute Systems, and the American Health Lawyers Association.
Mark has completed the federally-required training as a certified EEO Investigator and works under contract to provide EEO investigations under the federal sector EEO complaint process.
Mark also serves as an administrative law judge for the Office of Federal Operations of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and issues final agency decisions in EEO complaints in the federal sector EEO complaint process.
